Out of the box Collect on Arctic has an export letter feature that allows you to export letters to any third party software like Microsoft's WORD mail merge program or directly to a letter vendor.  Simply log in to the Arctic System choose the accounts that you want to send letters to and then the Arctic system will create a CSV file that can be exported to you mail merge software of choice or letter vendor of choice.  For those of you that want to go to the next step you can use the dynamic letter generator with PDF creator. 

The Dynamic letter generator feature will help you create, manage and print a letter series that you design. Simply create your content add everything from state required verbiage to office location and letter content. The Arctic system gives you complete control over your letters by allowing you to control who can see them and how they can use them. Each letter can either be a manager only  letter or a letter that can be used by both a manager or a collector.  If a collector needs to send a letter based on one of your customer letter templates they can simply click on the "request letter" link and that letter is queued for manager review. Once all the letters are approved the system will create a PDF document with a format for mailing.
