When and How Do I Get Billed? You will be automatically billed on the Monthly recurring date of your subscription. IE. If you sign up on February 16, 2010 you will be billed on the 16th of march and the 16th day of ever month moving forward
Can I Cancel? You can cancel at anytime and your account will remain active until your monthly recurring date occurs.
How Long Will My Accounts Remain in the System after the Account is Cancelled? Your Accounts, Employees and all company information will be completely deleted from the Arctic system 32 days from your last payment
What Company Will Appear on My Billing Statement ? Your monthly Credit Card Statement will have a single line item and the billing will be from ICEware Corp.
