    Just ask. Many of our clients suggest features all the time. The team at arctic reviews these recommendations and if they feel the new feature can benefit all users then it goes to development. The Arctic team usually has the feature up and running in a couple of days.


  • Can I test the Software Prior to Signing-up?
    Yes. It is simple to do and we offer a 48 hour full function trial. Simply Click on the sign up link on the left


  • What are The Costs of Arctic Besides the $64.99 per Collector Per Month?
    Your per user cost is $ 64.99 for the first user and $34.99 for each additional user.


  • What if I Need Tech or Customer Support?
    Our knowledgeable and friendly support staff is here from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Thursday, and on Friday from 8am to 2pm. We can be reached through email at customerservice@collectonartic.com


  • What type of Hardware and Software do I need?
    Internet Explorer, an internet connection and windows XP or higher. That is all you need to get up and running.


  • Can I send letters?
    The export letter tool will allow you to send the letters to a letter clearing house where they mail and NCOA your letters.


  • What happens If I Cant Make a Payment?
    Your Account will become inactive and will remain that way until you update your billing information or resubmit your card


  • Is there a dyamic letter PDF Mail Merge?
    Yes. Simply choose your accounts and your letter type and the mail merge is automatically created to print on your local printer.


  • Can I keep multiple Credit Cards on File?
    Yes, you can have as many cards as you like on file but can only have one active at a time. The Card that is active is the one that will be billed on your monthly date


  • How Do I Add Users?
    Adding users is simple. All you need to do is log into the admin screen, pay for your new employee and assign the employee to a department and you are ready to go.


  • Can I Use a Dialer?
    Standard exports are built into the system and will fit just about all hosted and enterprise dialers. Arctic will also screen pop with most dialer systems


  • Can I Use a Skip Tracing Company?
    Standard exports are built into the system and can be exported to all third party clearing.


  • How Do I import Accounts?
    The Arctic system comes with an import tool that handles an unlimited amount of fields and allows you to dynamically add, mark downs, contingency and interest fields


  • What Kind of Accounts Can I import?
    Any type the system is designed to handle first party and third party accounts across payday loans, credit card, auto, merchant loans, utilities, retail, business to business, telecom, medical and mortgages


  • Can I set Up Multiple Levels of Access?
    Yes, the system by default has a managers mode and collector and attorney mode.


  • Is There Client Reporting Available?
    Yes, There is contingency management reporting that has all of the fields that you could want. Through our Report link we have many canned reports for your use.


  • Can the System Manage both Purchased and Contingency Paper?
    Yes. The system will allow you to work both types of paper and has supporting reporting for both types of paper. Contingency paper is reported with contingency fees pre-programmed and Purchased paper is reported with profitability


  • Do you have a Dashboard?
    Yes, we have complete consul that gives you collections to date, employee performance and revenue numbers at a glance.


  • When and How Do I Get Billed?
    You will be automatically billed on the Monthly recurring date of your subscription. IE. If you sign up on February 16, 2010 you will be billed on the 16th of march and the 16th day of ever month moving forward


  • Can I Cancel?
    You can cancel at anytime and your account will remain active until your monthly recurring date occurs.


  • How Long Will My Accounts Remain in the System after the Account is Cancelled?
    Your Accounts, Employees and all company information will be completely deleted from the Arctic system 32 days from your last payment


  • What Company Will Appear on My Billing Statement ?
    Your monthly Credit Card Statement will have a single line item and the billing will be from ICEware Corp.


  • Is there Client Access?
    Yes, Client Access is available as an Add-on for $19.95 per client per month.


  • Is Metro 2 Formating for Credit Reporting Included?
    Yes, Metro 2 formatting is available as an Add-on for $175.00 set up and $49.95 per month per bureau. YOU MUST CONTACT EACH BUREAU SEPARATELY FOR AN ACCOUNT. ARCTIC DOES NOT SET UP YOUR ACCOUNTS
